2. Response to Complaints

Once we receive a valid DMCA notice, we will:

  • Investigate the claim
  • Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material
  • Notify the content uploader (if applicable)
  • Allow the uploader to file a counter-notice, if appropriate

We may terminate access to repeat infringers in accordance with the DMCA.

3. Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification. Your counter-notice must include:

  • Your physical or electronic signature
  • Identification of the content that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed due to a mistake or misidentification
  • Your name, address, telephone number, and email address
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court in your area, or if outside the U.S., to the jurisdiction of any judicial district where the service provider may be found

4. Repeat Infringers

EroThotts.com may disable or terminate user access for those who repeatedly violate copyright law or our policies, at our sole discretion.

Submitting a false or bad-faith DMCA notice or counter-notice can have legal consequences. You may be held liable for damages or legal costs if you knowingly misrepresent content or misuse the DMCA process.
